El proyecto inmobiliario Platinum Complex aspira a ser el primer complejo multimodal del país, inaugurarse a fines de 2024 e instalar un nuevo modo de vivir, estudiar y trabajar en Montevideo.

En esa nueva realidad se engloba el proyecto inmobiliario Platinum Complex. Este es un complejo multimodal de tres edificaciones, Óvalo, Rombo y Arco, detrás del cual están el estudio Kimelman Moraes, Campiglia Construcciones y un fideicomiso financiero estructurado por Ferrere. “Este es un proyecto que se inicia en diciembre [de 2021] y en 36 meses se termina”, asegura a Construcción el arquitecto Ernesto Kimelman, cuya mano estuvo detrás del World Trade Center (WTC), y del cual Platinum será vecino y complemento, ya que va a estar inmerso dentro de estos edificios ya desarrollados y establecidos.
El fideicomiso será usufructuado por 30 años, con una rentabilidad estimada en el 8,35% anual.
